- High usability: Deyafa is
based on a unique user interface. The user interface is unified between all windows
which mean that as soon as a user gets used to one screen he would be able to use
the rest of the windows.
- Multi-language user Interface:
The application allows the user to switch between Arabic and English languages
during working, and it allows the user to control the language of every menu. The
application also allows entering the data in Arabic and getting English reports
or the opposite.
- Smart Search: Databases
can contain a big amount of similar items, since restaurants have stocks of thousands
of items, and the search between these items could be tedious. Deyafa’s search deserves
the name “Smart Search” since it allows the user to search with multiple criteria,
including item’s code, supplier, the supplier’s group, purchase order and date of
the item. The application also allows for the entry of items code freely, unbound
to a serial coding to allow the integration with other applications, and allows
also the entry of alphanumeric item code.
- Various Reports: Based on
our experience gained from working with more than 150 restaurants and 8 call centers
till 2010, where we faced various requirements for various reports, the application
now supports a great variation of reports that gives you the right information in
the right time. Every report can also be changed to any format you want: xls, html,
doc or text.
- Support for various Windows versions:
Deyafa supports Windows 98, Windows Millennium, Windows XP and windows vista & windows 7 , allowing
the client to choose the operating system that suits his needs and allows operating
system upgrade with no problem.
- Inventory Auditing: Deyafa
allows inventory auditing by monitoring data change operations. Entries that are
changed after posting are marked with an asterisk after the modified number.
- Momentarily data to help make
the right decision: Deyafa allows the user to make the right decision quickly
and effectively through highlighting important data while data entry. For example
Deyafa displays highlight the fields for items that reached the minimum allowed
level to warn the user. It also highlights orders that should be delivered at specific
time to be watched.

Deyafa includes a powerful authorization system that can precisely define the rights
and permission of every user, defining the data he can see and edit. It also allows
limiting the ability to modify or edit specific items to a given user or group to
limit data modification risks.
